As they say, the day lights is shorter in Europe and the UK during the winter season. And this was what we experienced while spending two months winter holiday there in mid November 2015 till mid January 2016.
The sunset was already started at 3:00 pm when we returned back home to Selley Oak after a whole day walk at Wesley Park. Glad to see the rare colors of sun on wet and cold winter in Birmingham last December.

Winter Sunrise!
There were plenty of free time at our daughter’s home in Selly Oak Birmingham after returned back from a Christmas holiday in Europe and Edinburgh Scotland and the best thing to do while waiting for the New Year countdown in London during the cold winter was having a little walk in the early hours at Wesley Park, Birmingham.
Seeing golden colors of the brightest sunlight which were penetrating through the branches of the leaves-less trees at the park and feeling the cold winter temperature of 10 degree Celsius was an amazing experience.
